One more pound, and I will be only 65% of the woman I was 13mos ago.
That amazes me and I feel very proud of myself this morning.

172.0 lb Lost so far: 111.0 lb. Still to go: 37.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.7 lb a week
