Yes, you will! I initially told myself come hell or high water, I was going to try every day for one whole year---365 days of trying. I slipped, but after every slip, I just got back on. I committed to a year, I made that commitment to myself, and I wasnt gonna give up, no matter what. If you have that mindset, you WILL succeed!

A year later
My ticker didnt update.......Ive lost 108lbs now.
I just did it.
I said I'm gonna stay on my eating plan, I'm giving up the sodas, I'm gonna exercise and I just went day to day. At times, it was VERY difficult (lately it has been!) but I just keep getting back on the wagon every time I fall off.
