Weight Loss Ticker
When you start out and are 75-100% from goal, you are red.
After you are 75% to your goal, your ticker turns orange
After you are 50% to goal, it turns yellow.
After you are 25% from goal, it's green
And when you get about 5% or less from your goal, ticker turns blue.
Each color change marks a milestone in your journey!

Banana Question
I am also a BIG believer that natural carbs are not the enemy......sweet potatoes, quinoa, oatmeal, bananas......all great sources of nutrition.

possible to split Snacks in two or three: Morning Snacks, Afternoon Snacks and Night Snacks?
I eat 7-8 times a day...you can totally split your snacks any way you like/need to. As long as you stay within your calorie ranges for the day, eating often is a great way to not overeat at meals!
