Hate weekends sometimes!
I solved that early on by making Sunday my official "weigh in" day. Knowing that, I think very hard before I cheat on the weekends..helps keep me accountable to myself. Everyone struggles with this though, and know you are sooooooo NOT alone in that. Even us "old timers" still have trouble. If you mess up, get right back on the program and start from that moment. It is worth it.

I've lost weight in my feet too, and I suspect when I go buy shoes again that I will have lost anywhere from 1/2 to a full shoe size. Smile My feet are visibly smaller and thinner than they were for sure!!!!!!!!!!
