possible to split Snacks in two or three: Morning Snacks, Afternoon Snacks and Night Snacks?
I eat 7-8 times a day...you can totally split your snacks any way you like/need to. As long as you stay within your calorie ranges for the day, eating often is a great way to not overeat at meals!

The Whole Calorie Counting Thing
I'm with whole food nut here...counting calories is not as important as eating nutrient dense food. You can eat alot of vegetables (ALOT) for the same calories as one donut or candy bar, but you will be full from the veggies, whereas the candy bar will leave you hungry an hour or two later. Plus, you will crave more sugar and bad carbs after you eat a candy bar, and that doesnt happen when you eat a sweet potato or beans or carrots.

Hello, Not exactly new
I had a very serious Dr. Pepper habit a little over a year ago. Like I needed rehab. lol. It's hard, and I do occasionally miss them, but I feel so much better since I got that monkey off my back! Very Happy
