Update bio time! I just turned 40, a week ago, and to celebrate I went for a 14-mile jog...chock that up to more physical fitness s##t I couldn't do when I was 30. My weight hovers around 170, give or take 2-3 lbs. I am physically active: up at 4 AM, M-F, to hit the gym or go for a run before work. Plus, I run at least one day of the weekend...my Springer is my alarm clock and insists on running.
Other than attempting to regulate how much I consume, I don't really follow any diet plan. I still eat, I still drink (someone say beer?), I just try not to enjoy too much of a good thing. Most importantly, I try to make it a point to burn more calories than I take in...sometimes not such an easy task.
My fitness goals are simple: continue to improve my fitness. I want to lose the rest of my gut and replace it with a different type of six pack.
