Back on the wagon after "celebrating" my birthday for the last week. OOps. lol
Cakes, cheesecakes, donuts.........I wish people didnt try to celebrate with food so much, but it would've been rude for me not to eat some, right?
Hahahaha.

Starting logging my food again today and am hoping this helps me with not only calories but accountability.

Despite the scale not moving, I seem to have lost another 1/2" in my waist and I have done a little exercising, trying to get back into the swing of things.

I am ready for the cold weather...I think I do better with everything when it's not so hot. The heat just drains me.
