Determining goal weight
I didn't mean that you would look disgusting at 125 btw, I just mean everybody's body is different per their muscle tone or bone mass, etc....so there isn't really a way to determine this, it's more what you think Smile

Oh boy, I don't know how anyone could answer this for you....I'm 5'6" and at 140 I was REALLY thin like you said, but I'm very muscular so I'll always weigh more than what I look, obviously at 125 I would look disgusting and I'm shorter than you. Maybe you should look more at your body fat % versus what your actual weight is??? I think the ideal % for women who are active but not weight lifter types is around 19-24%....

Daily Sodium Intake
I too recently started tracking this, even with eating well I am significantly over 1500, more like 2200....I couldn't believe the things which had sodium in them I had never thought of and the amounts, my goodness!
