Believe it or not, I was always one of those obnoxious people that could eat whatever they wanted and struggled to keep weight on. (Before you go there, being underwieght has just as many issues as being overweight!). Anyway, I turned 35 and just started packing the pounds on. Lots of new life circumstances all at once. So generally, I was not living healthy.
I am hear to lose weight, but also to start living a healthy lifestyle.
