I am from Bulgaria. Gained a lot of weight after being prescribed antidepressants. I have been off the antidepressants for 4 yers now and still can't lose most of the wight. I am not very good at following diets but i started counting calories. I am an university student right now so i don't have much time or energy to exercise.
