Time for update - Joined Jan, 2018, lost over 50 pounds and it felt so good. Didn't think I needed FS anymore (I got this) Got rid of all my big clothes. Update - Gained almost 9 pounds back, new clothes fit tight. Guess what, found out I need to be accountable. This group helped me so much and I hope I can help others. I'm back and back on track doing Keto!
