When I started this weight loss journey at 218 pounds, I was so mad at myself for being the weight I was at and so embarrassed to put myself out there on here. But, it's the followers on here that have pushed me. Can I just say.. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO'S PUSHED ME ALONG FOR THIS PAST YEAR! I may not always check in every day or post as much. But when I do, it's the little comments on this site have really encouraged me.
I can't believe I'm 1 pound away from my original goal weight. It's totally surreal to me and I'm so excited. I may even lower the goal because I think I can do better.

To anyone else out there who is struggling with their weight... I feel you. I feel your struggle. I'm with you in this journey and YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

161.2 lb Lost so far: 56.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
