THE BIGGEST LOSER - MUST NOT SEE TV
I saw the article in the St. Pete times. Like any diet, you have to stay on with proper eating and exercise. An interesting video on the Massachusets twin brothers ( I believe they kept their weight off) it was a shoot video on you tube... They were exercising 6 hours a day. Alot of people do not have time to that when they are back in their real lives. Except I will give shout out to my FS Buddy Draglist who is even on his treadmill doing work Smile
