Woke at 215.4, down .4 from yesterday. Blood ketones at 1.6 millimolar, so nicely in ketosis. Going to take morning vitamins, a spoon of sour cream to help them go down, a black coffee with Erythritol and measure again. I want to see the effect of those items on ketosis. UPDATE: 90 minutes later, I measured 1.2 mm, so it did have an effect. Will continue to test over the coming days and weeks. Ate leftover fajitas fixings for lunch. Chicken, peppers, and onions. High carbs on the veggies, but at 20 net grams for the day thus far. UPDATE: Had a major whoosh event today and got to 212.8 before dinner. Moved so much water that I got below 50 percent body hydration for the first time since recording. Ate kielbasa and sauerkraut for dinner. Those kielbasa have huge calories and unfortunately some carbs! I hit 2100 plus calories but will adjust tomorrow.

Thanks, Scalewatcher, Murph, and John! I measured 1.2 mm an hour and a half after taking that stuff in so it did affect me, but not hugely. Will do additional tests going forward.

Hi, Retta! I have consistently taken it down month after month as I was not seeing the results I wanted. I think I averaged 28 net per day last month but that was tilted up by holiday eating. I try to hit 20 net per day. Today I am at 22 so far. The past few days have been higher as I was doing a 5-day 800 calorie 'fasting mimicking' diet that was mostly veggies.

Okay, @Draglist I know when I go over 20 net carb, my scale doesn't go down, that day, it take 2 day, before I can see a drop on the scale, Your doing great, keep it up, I had started fasting also, and it made my scale drop 7 pounds in 2 day. It really work, just have to keep at, and we are doing Yay!!!
