Hello everyone, when I started my weight loss journey, I was at my heaviest weight 450 plus, and I found this page, I got down to 240 and now 260, went from size 36, 38, 40's which in women clothing was 4x,5x,6x, and was really sick with all this weight on me, I was taking 12 different medicine, just to function threw the day, but thank God and all of you who has been supporting, encouraging me on my journey, I'm off all medication, and I'm here to encourage and help anyone I can, because I know this journey all to well, we're a family of community that help and encourage each other, and I Thank God for ALL of You and your support. So let us all keep Focus, Uplifted, Encourage, And Prayerful We will make it to our Goal, This Isn't a diet, It's Our Lifestyle change. I Love All Of You.
