I am Ayo. I have been trying to lose weight my whole life...it seems. I definitely have been on a diet since I was 11 years old. I have managed to lose and gain several times like most of the people on this site. My highest weight was 375 and my lowest has been 185. I can't say that I have ever been stable for more than two years. My goals on this site is to get healthy! I am trying to move away from the numbers on the scale and focus on the numbers of my blood sugar, cholestorol, and blood pressure! I am doing Atkins because it keeps me off the diabetes meds and helps me not feel deprived. I also workout at 24 hour fitness with a trainer once a week, which helps me focus on living an active lifestyle!
