Ingredients
Directions
- Chop pepper and garlic.
- Place in stock pan with oil and cook till softened.
- Add spices and cook on low for 5 minutes.
- Rinse and drain beans. Add to pan along with chopped tomato add stock and simmer on low for 30 minutes.
