I am 56 years old and have struggled with my weight for about 15years. I weigh more now than when i was fullterm AND I GAINED 50lbs WITH ALL 3 OF MY CHILDREN. I never had any problems taking off my pregnancy weight. Somehow over the last 15 years i have managed to gain(and sometimes lose) at least 45lbs. When bad things happen in my life i think i run to food to stuff down all that i'm feeling. this time i am starting a program called fat loss for idiots. it's pretty simple, you follow a set eating plan for 11days and then eat normally for 3 days. you repeat this way untill you have lost the weight. i am doing this with my much younger sister,nancy johnson. you might have seen her photo, she's the one with the really strange eyes! I am hoping we will keep each other motivated since neither of us likes how we look at this point in time. i hope to keep posting my progress and i hope i have more good days than bad

i have done ww as well as sb. to be really honest i think they both work well if you follow them.(i haven't been very good in that dept)i did decide to go back to sb because i find myself using all my points up on carbs. i would love to be your buddie

do not pay any attention to sb black bean soup the blck beans included in receipe came in at 630 not over 1,000!!!!!!!!! serving calories should be more like 225 do not know how to change receipe sorry
