Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

An appetizing tilapia dish that's easy to prepare and enjoy.

  1. Preheat oven 450 °F (230 °C).
  2. Rinse and pat fish dry (paper towel). Sprinkle with seasoning of choice.
  3. Bake in oven for approximately 5 minutes. In the meantime, mix lime juice with olive oil.
  4. Drizzle the lime/oil mixture over fish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Put under broiler for 2 minutes or until top of fish starts to brown.
  5. Serve immediately.

4-star restaurant quality! I couldn't believe how good it was. I used the real lime juice in a plastic bottle instead of buying the sickly looking limes around here, and also I seasoned both sides of the fish with Weber brand Chicken & Fish seasoning. So easy!

I made this last night and my family loved it. My 10 and 7 years olds loved it and the latter is the pickest eater right now (going thru a phase). Thanks!!

Very easy to make. I was amazed at how full I was afterward. I didn't think it would fill me up that much. I'd definitely make it again.
