I'm Michelle and I started my new healthier lifestyle in January when my weight topped 73kgs at 5ft 7ins the highest in my life. I realized at 42 it was now or never to regain the figure I had before. I've joined the gym and ordered the eat-clean-diet book. So far I've been working out 5 times a week and although getting to the gym everyday is a bit of a battle when I leave the gym I feel on top of the world! I'm setting small goals each month until I reach my target summer 2011 :)

Yep, I'm exactly the same I do all the cooking now because I don't trust my boyfriend to not add butter, cream, fry anything that can be LOL!!!! Also my food scales have never been used so much!! Smile I'm hoping the madness will diminish as I lose the weight.............
