I have lost and I have gained. It happens to the best of us. So I'm starting over again. For my own health and self esteem I must do this.
About 7 years ago I weighed 163 and got down to 132. I gained that back plus more.
My highest was 194 In January 2011 and lost down to 150. Over 2 years I gained back to 194 by December 2012. In January I was at 190. I went on and off my diet until I got serious on May 2nd 2013. So far I'm doing well but losing very slowly. It's better than gaining but I'm not losing like I'd like to. But I guess we'd all like to lose it overnight :) I thought in January that I would stick to it and be at a decent weight by summer. Well summer is almost here and I'm not even close. I constantly say "IF" in my mind. I could weigh so much less IF I would've stayed with it. I would have more self esteem IF I would've stayed with it. etc.... Not happy with myself at the moment. I hope to be soon. Just gotta 'STAY WITH IT'. The battle of the bulge has become a war!! I want to be thin, I want to be healthy and only I have control over it.
