Starting over with my highest weight ever and the most depressed ever.
I am working hard on my eating. I was not eating actual food, I was eating junk food all day, everyday. It's been a hard year and I used food for comfort. Now I'm paying for it!! Good Luck to everyone on this site in your adventure to get healthy. :) I'm an expert at losing weight, but also an expert at gaining it back. I need to stick to eating healthy for life to maintain instead of working my ass off to lose for many months only to give up and eat like a cow. The weight comes back faster than it leaves.

I would like to speak on this because I have experience in this LOL I am a widow but a couple years before he passed he had gained A LOT in a short period of time. Like 80 pounds. It was during a time that we were separated. But we got back together and it was a NO GO when it came to sex. It was GONE in fat tissue, stomach and the pubic area, well not completely but enough that we couldn't. But that put him in a rush to lose weight. He went on low carb and lost very quickly.. Everything was fine after. I am probably a little or a lot too open about things, but this is real life. I am not ashamed Smile Smile Smile Unfortunately he passed away at the young age of 41 from drowning.. I miss him more than anything but this certainly brings back memories, the good and the bad. Smile Sad

You can! I didn't think I'd be able to stick to it but it works if I just stay under calories. It's an every day struggle. But if you put your mind to it, you can do it!! Anybody can unless they have a medical problem. Good luck to you!!

Me either. I've never used my oven as much as I've used it in the past 5-6 months. I haven't fried anything but an egg with Pam spray. I can't be doing too bad since I'm losing.

Sounds neat. I googled and it seems they run close to $200. I have so many cooking devices in a cabinet lol not sure I want another. But it does sound good.

Having watermelon... natural... good.. yum. What the heck is an air frier? sounds interesting, but then I'd probably eat way too many potatoes.
