Water, Water everywhere
I only "die" for water when it's blistering hot outside. Otherwise I'm not too much interested. I found at the dollar store a container with a sports sippy top on it that holds 72oz of water. I make it my mission to drink it all before I am out for the night. I used to overdose and do two of those things!Shock

SNACKS & SWEET TREATS!! HELP!
I guess I have a gang of issues today. Up until yesterday I've not really had a "sweet treat" I have SF Werthers & SF Jolly Ranchers in the cabinet, but I'm not hardly interested in them!!! Can I have sugar free Reese's cup? Also, I am dog tired of nuts, and cheeses, any other good snacks working for anyone? HELP!

DANNON LIGHT & FIT (CARB & SUGAR CONTROL)
I see on the "approved" list of food, yogurt is allowed. Does this one sound legal? 0 sugar added 3g of carbs (pretty tasty I must admit) JUST CURIOUS, don't wanna jump out the window, if it's no good.Question

Has anyone considered Gastric Bypass?
For ppl that are "morbidly obeased" (over 100lbs overweight) it may be worth looking into. For some of them, it is hard to get moving, some (my friend) tried every avenue to lose the weight (even under Dr.'s supervision) to no avail. She had the surgery done, eats/drinks normally, if I didn't know her, I'd have no clue she had a surgery. She do not work out or anything and it's been about 2 1/2 yrs now since she's had it, if I were "morbidly obeased" and could afford it, I would probably do it.

Has anyone considered Gastric Bypass?
I remeber at the beginning, my friend had to eat and drink seperately, but that was at the very beginning, now it's nothing for her so suck down a 2 liter and eat loaded slices of pizza, guess it works differently for everyone, she's happy with her results. I also had a co worker who had it down, she lost about 100lbs and thought she was done losing 2 yrs later, but then she dropped even more to a size 8 (she was stalled at 14 for like a year of more) now she just looks sick
