I absolutely love these!
Great with butter and sugar free syrup or with blueberries or semi-sweet chocolate chips added in before nuking!

I use 1/4 cup of flax meal in mine (maybe that is 62 1/2 grams?) exact same recipe. These saved me from cheating during the induction phase. Pretty good for low to no carb and lots of fiber!

This recipe leaves out the 1/4 tsp. baking powder. It is a bit fluffier with it. I slice & toast them. Yum!

This recipe is good especially if you have been on low carb for two weeks and have not had a piece of bread of crackers. This was a nice treat but 468 calories is a lot for one serving.

to nancieanne: My flaxmeal says that is has 2 grams of carbs per serving, but also 2 grams of fiber... so doesn't that equal 0 Net Carbs?
It should only have 1 Net carb, from the splenda... right?

the nutrition info is off. if you add up the ingredients individually you get way different numbers.

I don't use Splenda so have substituted Truvia for the sweetener. BFC diet counts all sugars and carbs, not net carbs.
