Looking for answers
What WOE are you doing? I peeked at your food diary and it confuses me a bit. From you saying you are eating fat bombs I assumed that you were eating LCHF or ketogenic, but your net carbs are really too high for that and your diet is listed as your own. If you can tell us what you are trying to do we can better try to help you. Also, I agree with Spacey in that you need to be consistent and track all food and drinks. That is the only way to ascertain what needs to be changed.

@Bookie7....It seems that you are not doing low carb so I will not bother you with how LCHF works or how to calculate net carbs versus carbs. There are, in fact, what are called healthy fats. Those include avocados as well as coconut oil and others. If you are doing low fat and/or low calorie, obviously you will need to limit your consumption according to the macros you have set for yourself. However, there are health benefits to eating them contrary to what some will tell you. **My two cents**
