Strawberry Cheesecake

A delicious dessert that kinda makes you forget that you are on a diet.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the ricotta cheese, cream cheese, whipped topping (such as Cool Whip) and Splenda with a mixer until smooth.
  2. In a clear dish layer 1/3 strawberries, then 1/2 cheese mixture, then 1/3 strawberries, then 1/2 cheese mixture, then last 1/3 layer of strawberries and top with blueberries sprinkled.
  3. Freeze for 2 hours or refrigerate overnight.
  4. Scoop out with a large serving spoon in a small bowl.
  5. One serving is all you need, so share with your non-dieting friends, they'll love it too!

TO LOWER THE FAT AND CALORIES I WOULD JUST SUGGEST USING FAT FREE CREAM CHEESE AND SKIM RICOTTA..WONT QUITE THE SAME, BUT ITS WORTH A TRY!

Your better off getting the smart ones version. Less in fat and cals, still REALLY good, whether you are following WW or not!

Actually lorik: jello powder increases triglycerides... not a good idea for those of us trying to keep ours down. :)

7 points...much better then a "regular" cheesecake but us WW peeps are probably better off just buying the smart ones cheesecakes...

leave out the fruit and add strawberry jello powder to the cheeses ... and problem solved!!
