After letting my weight creep up, and finally seeing how I looked (not how I imagined I looked!) I started Atkins on Feb. 10, 2014. I chose Atkins, as I had been on it years ago and it worked well. I have tried Sugar busters, the Mediterranean diet, not eating white flour, sugar, etc. and just keep putting on the pounds. I am finding that Atkins is very doable so far.
