Hey guys! from June 8th on, I've been trying to loose weight by eating less carbs and salt, daily calories intake <1000, and also trying to have my happy dinner meal at around 3pm and let my tummy be empty before i sleep. I really have lost about 13lbs (today is June 22)!

I want to achieve these daily goals that maybe help me a little on what to plan to eat.
8 servings vegefruits
7 grain
2 milk and alt.
2 meat and alt.


1200-1500 Calories
6 pints water
35-60g fat
180-270g carbohydrates
60-150g proteins

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
three times a day LOL. so that I dont get over conscious over my water weight changes through out the day or two.

I collect them in excel and make a graph out of them so Im aware of my weight pattern through out the week, why they drop or why they peak.

I recently got "customize hypnosis weight loss" I think that's the name.. I works great for me!! u guys should try the lit one, although I find the lit one is just ok when i puchase the complete one it's about 4.00$. Now Im "very committed, staying strong, eating right because this is the best thing to do for me to reach my goal," when Im about to have food temptations, I think of the "warm light" lol sonds funny but it works
