Tasty chicken strips that the whole family will love.
Ingredients
Directions
- Trim chicken breasts and cut into strips 1 to 1 1/2" wide.
- Mix 1st 6 ingredients together in a bowl with a fork.
- Dredge chicken strips in flour, dip into buttermilk, then dredge in breadcrumb mixture.
- Place chicken strips in a container, cover and chill for 1 hour.
- Arrange strips on a baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
- Coat the strips with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 400 °F (200 °C).
