diabetics and low carbs
I have also been recently diagnosed with diabetes. The information online is very vague and I found it unhelpful. I have spoken with my BIL who has diabetes 1 for 25 years. He recommended cutting back carbohydrates, which I am doing. I plan on starting the Atkins diet. My BIL eats cookies, bread, pizza, etc. In moderation.
