I am a mom of 3 beautiful children, the youngest is only a month old. I am an emotional eater and I am working on finding the skinny girl hiding under this layer of insulation.

Somedays I remember that I am changing, somedays temptations throw me off of my goals. Slowly, the change is becoming more permenant and I am stripping away my old self.

Original start weight: 220s

Short term goal: under 200

Midterm goal: under 180 (haven't seen this in over 8 years) this would put me in the overweight category instead of obese

Next goal: under 160

Final goal: 140s which would put me in the normal weight category

Yummy yummy dinner
Holy cow is grilled pinapple delicious!!!! Grilled a small pork chop seasoned with hoisin sauce and grilled sliced pinapple. Ate them together and WOW it was better than teriaki and much less calories, plus the addition of fruit! Paired with salad, this is a very delicious dinner!
