I am 31 years old, 5'4" tall. Starting weight in June 2011 was 284.8 (highest weight ever) Lost 80 pounds as a stay at home mom/student, and so far have gained 40 pounds of it back.
My goal is to lose Ten pounds a month with healthy diet and exercise. And learn to fit in healthy foods and fitness into my life now that I am no longer a stay at home mom. Losing weight was so easy when I had all the time in the world to do it and nothing interfered with my routine. Now I work contingent at a hospital, which means my hours are not always the same and I struggling to get back into a routine.
First goal: 210 (back to wear I was a year ago)
Second goal: Finally get under 200 pounds.
Third goal 175 (BMI 30, healthy weight to be a living organ donor)
4th and final goal is to keep the weight off forever! This will always be a struggle, but I will never give up.
