How often do you weight yourself at home? If you step on the scale and then step off, and step back on does it give you the same reading? or does it fluctuate? If it gives the same reading then its probably fine, if it changes you need a new scale. In my experience, my weight is always a few pounds higher at the doctor because I am wearing all my clothes.

Can I do brief exercise throughout the day to loose weight?
Any extra activity will help you burn a little extra calories through the day. It may not make the pounds fall off, but if thats all you can do, its better than nothing. And Think about your health and not just losing weight. Being more active is good for your body. So keep taking those small steps and maybe eventually they will lead to bigger ones, and a healthy active lifestyle.

To post or not to post
I workout everyday and I never feel the need to post it on Facebook. I think you should post whatever you want, but I also think its annoying when people constantly post about going to the gym. If you do it everyday, why do you need to tell the world about it? To me it's like the person who posts it is bragging. I don't mention my weight loss at all because its more fun to surprise people when I see them in person.

Its annoying in general when people post the same things all the time. Like that they have a headache or a cold, or their work schedule.

But with all that said. Don't worry about annoying other people. Its your facebook-post what you want.

loose weight from back??
You can't spot reduce. There is nothing you can do to make the weight come off your back faster, but keep doing what you are doing and it WILL come off eventually.
