I am redoing this whole thing. When I began fatsecret I weighed about 179lbs, and I managed to get into the 150's, a few life changes, new medications, falling off the wagon, and quitting smoking and I am almost right back there.
At my very heaviest I weighed 225lbs, and I managed on my own to get to 125lbs. As I have aged and various things I find myself fighting this demon again. I am in it to win it!!!! Go Team!!!

what can i eat
I have an icecream maker and I make my own. Then I know exactly what is in it. If you are seriously thinking of pursuing this way of life for life the investment is worth it. In Canada, in our little town I am unable to buy any low carb options. I just have to make things myself. The web has some amazing recipes.
