I am now 31 years old. I've been fat my whole life. I have been on every diet and have attempted to "change my lifestyle" I don't know how many times. A while ago, a doctor told me I needed to lose weight in order to have a baby and I thought that would be enough motivation for me to get it done! I was wrong! I need to do this for me and not for anyone or anything else. After I lose this weight for the right reasons, everything else will fall into place!
My "Lifestyle Change":
-Drink 64 ounces of water a day.
-Exercise, exercise, exercise!
-Less fat, more protein!
-Just say no to soda!
-Cut down simple carbohydrates!
-Lose at least 5-10 pounds a month.
1st Goal: Lose 10 lbs. - I reached this goal on July 30, 2011!
2nd Goal: Lose 20 lbs. - I reached this goal on August 22, 2011!
3rd Goal: Lose 30 lbs. - I reached this goal on September 23, 2011!
4th Goal: Lose 40 lbs.
5th Goal: Lose 50 lbs.
6th Goal: Lose 60 lbs.
7th Goal: Lose 70 lbs.
8th Goal: Lose 80 lbs.
9th Goal: Lose 90 lbs.
10th Goal: Lose 100 lbs.
FINAL GOAL: To be healthy and happy and have a beautiful family! :)
I will take small steps and make small changes to reach my goal and maintain my weight loss success!
