Mother of 3 beautiful little boys actively trying to lose all of the baby weight they helped me pack on! :) Boys and their belly pillows, ugh!

At 225 I am currently the biggest that I have ever been in my life, and because of that, the most miserable. I never realized how big I was letting myself get until I started realizing how skinny my friends were. Then quickly realizing, my friends werent getting skinnier. I was getting bigger. One of my bigger problems is that, with stalkier build, I dont look like I weigh 225, which only made my weight gain easy to hide, but the scale doesnt lie, and neither does the sluggish feeling.

I am ready for a life change and I know I can do it. I think the motivation here will help. Time to get my ass in gear!

Working Out - Not Losing Weight
The type of exercise is mostly high rep circuits working various parts of the body using smaller weights (nothing more than 15 pounds at this time). Lots of squats, burbees, pushups etc and fast paced back to back with everything so it keeps the heart rate up.
As far as diet goes, its pretty consistent every day outside of a couple of times when I cheat and grab some chips (which is really very rare). I have coffee in the mornings, mid morning I snack on raw veggies, a lean gourmet meal at lunch, afternoon snack of raw veggies again, then my workout with a protein shake after, and dinner is usually smaller portions of beef or chicken and a salad.

Working Out - Not Losing Weight
Need some advice...
I currently work out 5 days a week.
My workouts are pretty hardcore. A lot of strength training, cardio but not as much as strength.
I feel stronger. When I work out I push myself enough that I am sweating and winded by the end of it. Muscles burn, so I know I'm doing it right!
BUT...Ive yet to see any real difference in weight lose. I eat clean so its not that fact that I'm eating junk food and cancelling out all of my hard work.
Any thoughts???

Fast Weight Loss
Trying to find the best way to quickly lose weight. Any thoughts?
I hear the more protein the better but I also hear that too much protein can make you fat. I seem to be doing okay as far as my diet is concerned (losing more than I am putting in).
Any advice is good advice!!
