4 week eval - changes in behavior that help success?
So, usually I get home so late from work that "dinner" is at 10PM/11PM .... the issue is that when home at a "regular" hour, when I can eat at a normal time (7/8pm), I end up snacking ...

No Snacking
It has helped me to drink water when I feel the urge to snack. I mean out of my regular snacks in the day. I find it especially hard to not snack on the weekends and after work when I am bored or not ...

this is difficult for me when im busy and dont get mt evening meal til late ( obviously then eating
i had to ban crackers as i had a huge problem with chees and crackers ...they are just not safe for me to have in the house ..hot milk sounds a good idea i was also told by my dietition to just make b ...

This challenge is great
I have been staying strong so that I don't have to come on and post that I gave in. Knowing that we're all doing this makes it easier. Off to have my Decaf tea and watch Monk.
