Hi! I'm Stacy. 47 years old, happily married...but overweight. I lost 40 lbs with Nutrisystem in 2006...but most of them have found their way back home! :)

For the first time in my life, my weight is taking a toll on my body. I can feel the beginnings of aches and pains... and stiffness. I don't want to become old and brittle before my time.

I am determined to get back to my goal weight!

I wish everyone great success with their weight loss journey!

Energy level question...
Thanks for the advice. I experienced yesterday just before dinner so I grabbed a small V8 from the fridge. I think it helped a bit. Hard to say since I went on to have dinner within like 15 minutes. But your advice is certainly worth a try! I am still in Phase 1...but only because of my fear of Phase 2 LOL! I will review the book this weekend and see if I can gain enough confidence to go to the next phase!

Thanks again for your ideas and encouragement! I hope you're doing well yourself!

Energy level question...
I've tried them boiled...with turkey bacon on the side. A cheese/ham omelet. Scrambled with turkey bacon. Deviled eggs with ham on the side. But the same effect.

Any suggestions at what I should add differently? I'm open to suggestions. Thanks for you questions/comments.

Energy level question...
I know it's weird. I've swapped up using different things for breakfast and not had any issues with feeling weak. It's just with the eggs.

Who knows? Just thought I would ask.

Energy level question...
I know this is probably weird...but I have to ask. Do any of you experience a drop in energy after eating eggs? I mean a MAJOR drop!!!

I've never really cared for eggs...but have eaten them on occassion throughout my life. They are a big thing with this plan...but honestly, within 30 minutes of eating them...in any form (boiled, scrambled, omelet, fried, etc) my energy level drops to ZERO and my legs and arms feel like wet noodles. The feeling usually passes once I eat again. I've reasearched it via the internet...but can't find any mention of it on there...so far.

With them being such a great source in protein...I find this very odd.

Any thoughts?
