I'm gonna have to try the mashed cauliflower. I've never been a fan of cauliflower, but I will give it a try. Back in the day I would just fix a mess of instant mashed potatoes for a snack! What was I thinking?! Mashed cauliflower cant taste much worse than cheap instant mashed potatoes Smile

Chazen, that sounds delicious! I have a hard time eating coldcuts without bread (goes back to what you said sooki! lol) But with lettuce wraps that would be great, especially with the ham cooked!

This is why Im fat LOL

My foods of choice are the exact foods that are not allowed on south beach..corn, peas, potatoes, carrots, bread, rice, pasta. I grew up country and ate fatty carby country food all my life!

ooo those lettuce roll ups sound good!! I could use lettuce wraps as a substitute for dippers.

I also hate cucumbers and don't really like raw peppers (I love them cooked though!) Carrots are a no go on SB

Like I said, I'm really picky lol My food diary doesnt vary much from a few different foods lol

I can, but I worry about have a small amount of cheese and still being a lot of fat and it not being satisfying enough.
