I am 25 years old and just graduated as a graduate student in Wisconsin. I just started as an Initial Assessment Social Worker and am aware that I may be sitting for the majority of my job and I am also very much aware on how stressful this job can/will be. Stress can be related to weight gain and stress can be relieved by diet and exercise so obviously I know what I need to do to relieve my stress and lucky for me, lose weight at the same time. I love to exercise and eat healthy so now that my life seems a little more stable after grad school, I think that I can get back into the lifestyle that I enjoy.
My roomate and I have decided to be Jillian and Bob (from The Biggest Loser) for each other (I am Jillian, she is Bob) and am hoping that my 3 year old black lab will want to join in on the fun because she is going to be my #1 partner! I know a lot about nutrition so ask me anything if you have a question, I'm glad to help! Thanks for all of your support fatsecret friends!
Note: I began fatsecret at 144 lbs but when I switched diets, it switched my start weight.
