DRINK LOTS OF WATER

Guidelines:
Make it a goal to stay hydrated the whole day! If your urine isn't clear then you need more water. You don't really need to post about your urine color but its a good goal to work towards. 8-10 glasses a day should be good.

EXERCISE EVERYDAY!

Guidelines:
Make it a goal to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. You can easily split it up and do 15 minutes when you wake up and 15 minutes before you go to bed. Either way make sure you fit it into your day
