About me...where to start? Well, I'm 25 and I've always been the "bigger" girl my whole life. My heaviest was 195 last March (2013). My house burnt down and from the stress of that I lost 15lbs. Which was great but I put on almost 10lbs after calming my nerves. In January my boyfriend and I got a membership at the gym basically we just cut out some junk food and ate smaller portions and less food while going to the gym 5-6 days a week. Well he has already lost over 20lbs. While myself lost 5lb. I was extremely discouraged and I keep comparing myself to him. I shouldn't males lose weight differently than women. So I started a low-carb diet. I lost almost 3lbs the first week. So I think it might work! However, I set my goal at 125lbs. At first but it seems so hard to reach. So I changed it and decided that I would just go by 10's. I'll be done with school by summer and by the time I finish I would like to be down 25lbs total.
