In October 2010 the doctor says I need high blood pressure medication. I am diabetic so high blood pressure is not good for living a long and healthy life.

Started in 2010 and lost 25+ pounds and got within 4 pounds of my goal. Then life got out of control and bad habits crept back in. By the beginning of 2013 its all back.

Starting over. No looking back.

Goal: 222 lbs - BMI is overweight not obese.
Goal: 210 lbs - 40 pounds lost
Goal: 200 lbs - 50 pounds lost - Doctor Recommendation
Goal: 183 lbs - BMI Normal - Never happened in my lifetime.

You can set excercise defaults through enter exercise tab and select "select defaults" from the window on the right under your daily exercise totals.
I like to use the "copy all yesterdays lunch" or "recently eaten" when adding food.

Weight/Financial Data Analysis
Put my weight data into a stock analyzer.

Told me I was a buy with a target of 243. I don't think that's good.

Chicken Breast serving size
Has anyone figured out the serving size for chicken breast?

Does one medium breast mean A) one piece of boneless skinless chicken that we buy frozen in the bag or B) a medium chicken without legs and wings? (2 pieces of A)

Trying to figure out what I really ate!
