My name is Ashley and I'm currently 20 years old (almost 21!) and 5' 4". I've been on fatsecret now for over a year, and I've managed to lose a little over 30 pounds since May of 2012. I've been trying to become more active, so I've started doing Zumba 3 tims a week, and running the other 3 times. I run my first 5K August 30th!
My ultimate goal is to be between 120 and 125 lbs, so I'm still working on it. I've been watching my calories, and just trying to be more active. I must say I'm a little scared to start maintenance because I am a binge eater in a sense. If I'm around food, I just can't help but eat and eat and eat (It's really bad when I go to my parent's house).
DONE: August 18th, 2012 - 145 lbs. To finally have my BMI not read overweight for my height.
DONE: January 28th, 2013 - 140 lbs.
DONE: March 25th, 2013 - 135 lbs
DONE: June 29th, 2013 - 130 lbs
October 4th, 2013 - 125 lbs
There on after, toning up my stomach and maintaining my weight. Let's do this!
