The weight has been creeping up since 1989 and I am sick and tired of diets...so no more diets! I am going to eat clean, healthy and at a doable calorie range. Great Recipe
This site was sent to me by a co-worker and I made the chicken w/mushrooms and white wine sauce yesterday and it was Wonderful! the site has both points and calories. so no matter what diet your on you can pretty much stay on track and eat great! skinnytaste.com

cant sleep
My bubby has those crazy 12 hr shifts too and I don't know how he does it...he has sleep apnea also..has the machine but he really needs surgery to remove tonsils and adnoids and has a deviated septum..he has decided to have the surgery 2012 but for insomnia is a totally different issue...he used melatonine 6 mg at least it is in the vitamin section. there is a 3 mg but 6 is better. No side effects like the sleep pm's he has tried those and after a while they quit working he says. Good luck

Extremely devasted!
It is so hard to get bad medical news, I am sorry you are going through this tough time. I have had my share of medical issues the last five years, nothing life threatening....well the heart attack scare could have been...but as it turned out all is well. I have some advise when your ready...when your emotions level out a bit..which they will..whatever it is you are going through you and your hubby will be working through this medical issue...just don't let it define you. You can still eat healthy and find what works for you. That is important...You. Things might not be what you first planned, how you wanted it to be but you can replan, to what it's going to be for now, and move forward. You will be in my thoughts. God Bless You.

which are your MEALS HABITS - BEST PRACTICE?
I eat breakfast at home, pack my lunch and plan the whole week of dinners including any eating out in advance...most weeks I cook dinner and it is so much easier to control the salt I ate out alot last week and I could really see the salt on my body and then today I could feel it coming off my body. lol But I had control of where I ate and used the fatsecret download on my blackberry alot!
