Hi I'm Nicki and I'm a 22 year old Cornish girl!

I've been yoyo dieting for about 2 years now but i've finally reached the point where i'm determined to loose the weight I want to and keep it off for good.

Plan of action - 5:2 diet, plenty of water, not eating after 7pm, cutting out all junk food, regular exercise on the kinect for xbox and at the gym!!
