How do I get rid of belly fat and what is the best equipment to use in the gym
Hi

So...how do I get rid of my tummy! I was just looking through the internet and it seems most people who've lost so much weight still have a bit of fat around their stomach and I don't mean any disrespect but I really do not want to end up looking like that! I use the elliptical and treadmill mostly but I'm so unsure whether they are of any help burning fat so your suggestions are greatly welcome.

What other stuff in the gym do U use? How good is weight lifting and what does it do exactly? Also Zumba...! Thinking of going to fitness classes at my local gym so please advice. Thanks Very Happy

I keep gaining weight despite eating right and working my butt off at the gym :(

It was just last week that I had a Burger King meal coz my friends took me out to lunch. I'm trying to refrain from take out food and all unhealthy stuff and its hard but will eventually get there. I do burn a lot of calories at the gym though and I walk a lot as well...I live near a hill so everyday after gym I climb it and then run down about twice! I'm very confused on what else I need to do besides diet....that I'm trying to improve!

So I've been going to the gym for 2 almost 3 weeks now and I do not seem to be losing any weight despite tormenting my butt for an hour and a half everyday. I try to eat right...well, I eat right most of the time and watch my calories but I do not seem to understand how I've gained 5lbs opposed to losing them! I'm getting really frustrated and its driving me nuts! Somebody said that it may be muscle but how long will I gain muscle before I start to lose actual lbs....? Help me please, perhaps I'm doing something wrong? Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Doubt
