You should not eat bellow 1200 calories a day, and try not to eat back what your burn in the gym, unless you are at an almost professional athlete level. If you eat bellow 1200, and exercise daily, you get your body into starvation mode. Then you overeat for a couple of days a week, and your body stores everything it can as fat for what it percieves as the next cycle of starvation. You cannot really lose fat by just going to gym for an hour a day (though excersise has numerous benefits), you have to balance your diet first and not by decreasing your input bellow 1200 calories either.

Ok, I just looked at your diet calendar and now I agree. I also would suggest getting a food scale and measuring your servings. Bananas are pretty high calorie for fruits and they vary in size greatly - I would weigh in grams.
The other thing I noticed is some of your food choices are not the best - fast food... I'm not sure if this is your entire meal intake but it appears you are picking some calorie dense foods instead of some nutrient dense foods. I would probably cut out some of the white bread/dinner rolls and pasta and eat more fresh foods like vegetables and protein.
