I have been overweight for most of my life. I always wanted to be smaller to perform better in sports so I could be faster and stronger and have more endurance. As I get older I see the need not only to lose weight so I could fit more clothes lol but I want to be healthy.

I know that one day I want to start a family with my girlfriend who has been a massive support to me. I dont want to be out of shape and not able to run after my kids. I want to live a long life and see them grow up and know that I will be there with them every step of the way.

For the most part I have been active all my life but I have never eatin right. I always ate whatever I wanted and now im feeling the cons of that. I have been eating better foods now and I am feeling much better and healthier. I think a site like this thats help me keep track of my workouts and what I eat is just perfect for me so that I dont stray of course.

Any Gym Junkies Out There?!
I usually start of with 15 min of cardio to get me warmed up then hit the weights. Usually 5-8 excercises per bodypart. I usually work chest and tri together back and bi and a seperate day for shoulders and legs and repeat arms after an off day. Occasionally I add chest and shoulders or chest and back together as well. I also do 30-45 min of cardio after my workout as well.

Fat Secret on the G1
I like many of u found this site through my G1 and I love my phone and the other apps as well. Being able to use the scanner is a big plus.
