Go on that treadmill which we all dread and walk on it for 1 hour a day- be strong and push yourself!However before you go on the treadmill by two hours drink 0.5 liters of water, 1 hor before drink 0.25 liters, and every 20 minutes you are on the treadmill.Then after you are done drink another 0.5 liter of water.
