Exercise 1 hour a day

Guidelines:
Go on that treadmill which we all dread and walk on it for 1 hour a day- be strong and push yourself!However before you go on the treadmill by two hours drink 0.5 liters of water, 1 hor before drink 0.25 liters, and every 20 minutes you are on the treadmill.Then after you are done drink another 0.5 liter of water. This is to help you stay hydrated and improve you metabolism to increase your weight loss.

I am ready to lose some weight as well... I think 15lbs in 4weeks may be a bit much but I am willing to try. Losing 5 out of 15 is better than being stagnant... I CANT WEIGHT (lol)!! :)
