I am a mommy of seven and it was after my last baby that I started to gain alot of weight- 30 lbs in two years but without any changes to my lifestyle. When I tipped the scale at 200 in March, I went to see my doctor and he recommended I try Atkins. My goal is to weigh 135 by October 2013- I am working on losing the last 30 lbs and looking forward to being thin again.
