This is my second attempt at losing weight, I lost 30 lbs last summer and regained it again so I am right back where I started. I am a mommy of seven and it was after my last baby that I started to gain alot of weight- 30 lbs in two years but without any changes to my lifestyle. When I tipped the scale at 200 in March, I went to see my doctor and he recommended I try Atkins. My goal is to weigh 135 by October 2014- I have to lose 60lbs.
