Too many Carbs!
Wow....seems I am having a really tough time holding down the carbs! I like egg whites for breakfast...lunch I'm having a great new bread..spelt bread....it's a really old type for "grain"..actually spoken about in the Bible! I added this bread due feeling really hungry after lunch...I just wasn't feeling full...I was really tempted to snack. I have been eating an apple too. Please someone...help! I need something to hold me until dinner time...something with less carbs.
Give me your secrets to feeling full....I drink my water so that's not it. Throw me a help line!!

What's your favorite yummy low cal snack?
Greek or sugar free original plain yogurt with 1/2 shredded apple with cinnamon one or two truvia packets. Super good...give us a little bit of carb...but the fiber and protein make this a good sweet cravings fix. It holds from getting a sugar filled snack.

What's your favorite yummy low cal snack?
OK..greek yogurt...a tablespoon of no sugar and fat jello vanilla pudding mix and 1/2 cup blueberries. This is soooo darn good and fine for most low carb no sugar meal plans. Try it.

Am I the oldest "Newbie" here?
Yep! 63 here! I too found the site just a week ago...love it! I weighed about 202 lbs when I started...down a few lbs already. I live in a retirement community...I swear, everyone is thin! I'm the fattest person in the line dancing class I started here. Forget the pool...some are even wearing 2 piece bathing suits. I live in Palm Desert Ca. The weigh has just got more and more over the past 10 yrs....my goal is 150 or less..I'm 5'5". Glad to see another "oldie" in this community...=}

No..not Paleo...never heard of that. I just do veggies and protein...with vitamin supplements
