I love any color bell pepper slices with fat free zesty Italian dressing.

Another high on the list is sugar free cherry jello for 10 calories.

I'm looking to add to my list, what's yours?

Baby carrots. Bananas. Yogurt. Apple sauce (organic, no sugar added). Hard cheese, sometimes. I tend to focus on fresh fruits and vegetables for snacks, and I try to avoid processed foods as much as possible.

When I have that craving for cake, I have a fiber one brownie. They come in chocolate peanut butter too. Only 90 calories. Another good snack is the 100 cal popcorn bags - very filling!!!

cottage cheese plus applesauce - gf made that one up! its actually delicious. Random veggies, nuts(almonds for me personally), soup

I like fat free cottage cheese with honeydew melon or cantaloupe. I'll have to try it with applesauce.

I like fat free cottage cheese with equal amount fat free yogurt. Or celery sticks with a little low fat/light cream cheese.

I like cottage cheese and 4 med, or 2 large strawberries cut into slices and sprinkled with a little bit of truvia! Yummy!

I like greek yogurt with fruit on the bottom, small gala apples with organic peanut butter and health wise double peanut butter protein bars. I leave for work sometimes at 5am so I don't have a lot of time for prep. I do like celery with onion & chives cream cheese, too.

One sweet, one salty favorite
Sweet, sliced banana, sliced strawberries low fat sour cream (1 or 2 TBL) with a packet of swet and low all mixed together

Salty - 8 cherry tomatoes, 1 string cheese cut into 8 pieces, 8 jalepeno slices. Core the tomato, push the jalepeno slice to the bottom, insert piece of cheese. Yummy!

I love fruit of any kind. But in the summer my favorite is watermelon or cantaloupe sprinkled with salt. MMMMM...

OK..greek yogurt...a tablespoon of no sugar and fat jello vanilla pudding mix and 1/2 cup blueberries. This is soooo darn good and fine for most low carb no sugar meal plans. Try it.

greek yogurt with a tiny bit of maple syrup (it's too sour for me if I don't put it in !)

apple... how I love those !! No more than one a day though... so many carbs!

a slice of cheese Smile it has protein and no carb... that's good !

Greek or sugar free original plain yogurt with 1/2 shredded apple with cinnamon one or two truvia packets. Super good...give us a little bit of carb...but the fiber and protein make this a good sweet cravings fix. It holds from getting a sugar filled snack.

Current favourite's are clementines, 100 calorie greek yogourt(Danone), almonds, string cheese, strawberries,tea, coffee, peanut butter, nutella (good if you are craving chocolate) and veggies with low calorie dips or hummus.

I love sliced fuji apples, with thin thinly sliced sharp cheddar on top. Or, sliced apples with laughing cow cheese spread on top.
