Stock your fridge with good foods. Remember sauces will get you ranch, ketchup all those things have tons of extra calories. Sometimes you need to eat more calories to get your body going again, sometimes its just moving a little bit more. I can't keep my energy up
How is your water intake? if you are not drinking enough water your blood will not move quickly and its helping to carry that energy also the exercise will help your mood.
