im a woman who is into reading and i enjoy singing with the chorus at the senior center i go to.... i need to lose about 50 pounds to be healthy ...

ive tried but stress always messes me up... id like to make some friends on here for encouragment...i track my foods and walk when i can ...anyone here to help be by becoming my diet buddy... thanks im 68 so its hard to lose...

im old and trying to lose weight and belive me it is so hard... i am always hungry when im bored... it dont get any easier .....just taking one day at a time but never feeling any weight loss...

Only Exercise, No diet.
you are ok with your weight why are u so vain are you trying to become anorexic.... be happy the way you are because you should feel good about yourself i know i would ,,....

Looking for Buddies
id like to be your diet buddy maybe we can encourage each other i cant seem to get my friends or family to care... i need to lose about 40 pounds but it seems im always doing something wrong... thanks maggie64Wink Wink

im also married and hubby dont encourage me to lose seems like hes always in competion with me but he loses and can eat anything... thanks mary

taking medicine and dieting
i take celexa and pravasatin and would like to know if anyone can tell me do these drugs make you gain weight or make it hard to lose....thanks
