I'm married and SAHM of 3- one in college,one in H.S. and one in elementary. I use a recumbant bike for excercise,walk,do light yoga and step trying to stay on program with W.W. I live in SoCal my hobbies are reading,listening to music and I like trying new things. im also married and hubby dont encourage me to lose seems like hes always in competion with me but he loses and can eat anything... thanks mary

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
