Hi I just found this site today and would love to have a buddy support system. I need to lose at least 50 lbs. and I'd love to do it before I'm 50- I just turned 48 so it should be doable, right?!
I'm married and SAHM of 3- one in college, one in H.S. and one in elementary. I use a recumbant bike for excercise, walk,do light yoga and step trying to stay on program with W.W. I live in SoCal my hobbies are reading, listening to music and I like trying new things. Drop me a note I can use all the help I can get I'm looking forward to making some diet/excercise buddies hereSmile

I too could use a buddy or two..It is hard to keep motivated and I am getting scared about gaining it back and I haven't even made it to my goal yet.
